The specified allowance (2% of minimum net salary) is foreseen in case when the employer has provided accommodation and food. In case these are not provided – employees are entitled to the real expenses for food and accommodation.
On-call. Employee is obliged to respond to the call of the employer during his day or week rest. During this time when he is on-call the wage is increased by 10%
The amount is at least equal to a monthly minimum wage – it can be paid in one instalment, two or more instalments or monthly – 1/12 of the amount each month.
